高雄地方法院昨天(9日)下午兩名男子聯手在休息室打人的暴力事件，受害男子被打的無力招架，直到法警趕過來制止才讓雙方停手。

高雄市新興警察分局表示，案發當時法警立刻出面阻止，但因為雙方都表示不提告，法警就讓雙方各自離去。

而根據警方了解，衝突雙方有債務糾紛，打人的兩人是債主，遇到欠債的，雙方一言不合就動手打人。
